The National Military Family Association, in conjunction with the RAND Survey Research Group, recently commissioned a study to explore in what ways children raised in military families struggle, and in what ways they excel when faced with parents’ wartime deployments.

We were excited to attend the TAPS Awards Ceremony yesterday evening!  The Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors is an organization dedicated to providing immediate and long-term emotional help, hope, and healing to all who are grieving the death of a loved one in military service to America.

Derrick and I strongly believe that it is our collective responsibility as individuals, organizations and corporations to support you. In fact, it is our nation’s solemn obligation to do whatever we can to help support you and your families.

Every day you rise to face another day with pride and service to stand in defense of the “American Way of Life” and fundamentally our freedom as a nation. Our gratitude does not give pay sufficient homage to the hardship and sacrifice that you and your families have endured.
